Our Player Development Pathway

At JCSS, we offer a clear and supportive development pathway designed to help every child grow at their own pace. From their very first kick of a ball to more focused development environments, our programmes are built to support learning, confidence and enjoyment at every stage.

Children begin their journey in Mini Strikes and Playmakers, where learning through play is at the heart of everything we do. As players develop, they can progress into our Development Squads, where sessions become more structured and tailored to individual needs.

Alongside our community sessions in Skegness and Alford, we also offer 1-to-1 and small group coaching, providing individual support for players who want to push their development further.

Our pathway is not about pressure or early selection — it’s about creating the right environment for young players to enjoy football, build skills and grow with confidence.

Private Training Sessions

My private sessions are shaped by years of hands-on experience across grassroots, academy, and international coaching. I hold a First-Class degree in Football Coaching & Management, UEFA qualifications, and have worked with clubs such as Liverpool F.C. and Stockport County, as well as international organisations including Challenger Sports and Futsal Camp UK. My goal is to bring this level of knowledge and experience and tailor this to each child right here in Skegness!

Jack has coached across 12 U.S. states and Canada with Challenger Sports, helping players prepare for elite pathways like the U.S. college system. He’s also led teams in national competitions against top-level opposition, bringing valuable insights to our sessions.
